Atelier House offers a celebration experience designed for both children and parents. We take care of every detail so families can enjoy a relaxed and meaningful day, with spaces and activities thoughtfully planned for children, adults, and moments shared together.

A Space Designed for Parents
Atelier House is designed so parents can enjoy the celebration as much as the children.
Our Specialty Coffee shop becomes a natural extension of the event, offering adults a place to relax, connect, and enjoy the occasion.
Parents can choose from different options:

Enjoy the Atelier House Specialty Coffee experience, with appetizer and snack options available for adults. An area within our coffee shop can be reserved and set up in advance for groups of 10 adults or more, with a minimum spend of €100.

Stay in the children’s event space, with appetizer and snack service available for adults.

Choose our drop-off option, leaving children with our team and returning at the end of the celebration.
Reservation Notice:
For families who would like to enjoy the Specialty Coffee space during the event, reservations can be arranged in advance for groups of 10 adults or more, with a minimum spend of €100.
Birthday Party Pricing
Family Events
For smaller celebrations of up to 7 children, families may choose whether to include our children’s activity/supervision service. For groups of 8 children or more, a dedicated team member will be required to supervise the children, organise activities, and ensure everyone enjoys the celebration safely.
Choosing not to use this service means that, the care and supervision of children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians.
Children’s snacks are adapted according to the number of children and the format of the celebration. Adult catering is not included and can be quoted separately upon request.
Final pricing may vary depending on the number of guests and the specific needs of each celebration.

What You Need to Know
Located on the upper floor, our early childhood classrooms—The Studio and The Loft—are ideal for events connected to parenting, motherhood, education, and children’s products. These spaces combine a professional setting with a creative and welcoming atmosphere, providing a unique environment to connect with families and showcase your brand, products, or services.
We also offer The Lounge, a private and intimate space with a speakeasy-inspired atmosphere, equipped with a projector and suitable for presentations, workshops, yoga sessions, and other private gatherings. Located just below our Specialty Coffee shop, it offers a unique setting that can be adapted to different types of experiences.

*Coffee breaks, refreshments, and aperitif-style services from Atelier House Specialty Coffee are available upon request and quoted separately.
Standard event hours and duration

Total event duration: 2.5 hours

Monday to sunday: between 4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
*Please note, The Lounge space offers greater flexibility in scheduling.

Reservation Terms and Conditions

To confirm your booking, reservations must be completed through our website with a €275 deposit.

The deposit will be deducted from the final event cost.

The remaining balance must be paid two days before the event by credit/debit card on-site or bank transfer.

Date changes and cancellations are possible up to 15 days before the event, subject to availability.
Event Coordination

or shared celebrations or joint birthdays involving more than one birthday child, one main contact person must be designated to coordinate logistics and communication with our team.

The final number of attendees must be confirmed 3 days before the event. After this deadline, guest numbers cannot be modified.

Please inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements so we can prepare the event safely and appropriately.
