Atelier Kids

About Atelier Kids

Atelier Kids is the heart of our early childcare program, offering a warm and nurturing space for children aged 1 to 3 as they make their first discoveries. Each day provides opportunities to explore, play, and learn through carefully designed experiences that foster holistic development, autonomy, and confidence, all while respecting each child’s natural pace and growth.

English Program

Our English daycare located in the heart of Madrid's Salamanca district has been created for the city's growing international and multilingual community.

Here, children are free to explore, play, and make their first discoveries while naturally developing their English language skills in an environment where they feel safe, supported, and at home.

Canadian Inspiration

Atelier Kids is shaped by our Canadian roots and the multicultural community that has always surrounded us. Growing up in a family dedicated to education and international studies inspired us to create a place where children from different backgrounds feel welcome, valued, and at home.

We believe that learning happens through play, curiosity, and meaningful relationships. Our approach draws inspiration from Canadian early childhood education, together with philosophies such as Reggio Emilia and Montessori. Rather than following a single method, we combine their principles and adapt them to each child's interests, pace, and stage of development.

With a maximum ratio of eight children per educator, we are able to offer individual attention while building close relationships with both children and their families.

The Childcare Centre

Our space has been carefully designed with natural materials, soft colors, and sensory experiences that invite children to explore, create, and feel at ease.

At Atelier Kids, we create a small creative workshop – an Atelier – for early childhood, where play, art, and exploration become powerful tools for learning. Children take part in storytelling and hands-on activities, developing their language skills, social awareness, and confidence within a safe and inspiring environment.

We believe that when a child feels safe and understood they can discover the world with greater confidence and joy.
